Service Description

The body, mind, and spirit is the only home we have that is always with us; therefore it requires care. When we engage in self-harm, i.e. negative thinking, inappropriate behaviors, and neglect, it causes our home to become a place that prevents our ability to thrive. Self-Love + Self-Care. initiates a self-discovery journey of re-connection, to learn who you are and why you are enough; while teaching you what self-love and self-care are, their differences, and how to build a practice around both.
