WHO WE ARE

If you're here, you're likely already doing the work.

Thinking deeply, feeling intensely, and sensing that healing requires more than talk alone. Create U. is an integrative mental health care practice and healing space rooted in creativity and embodiment.

Here, healing is paced, embodied, and shaped by your lived experience. Care is offered relationally, individually, and in intentionally small groups; supporting reflection and integration at every step.

You don't have to be artistic to be creative. Creativity is already present in how you think, how you feel, and how you move through the world.

You're invited to begin where you are, and discover what care can become.

WHAT WE OFFER

Care that meets you where you are.

Our services are offered individually, relationally, and in small groups. Always at your pace, always honoring your whole self.

WHERE THE BODY BECOMES THE DOORWAY

Creative & Somatic Therapy

Our creative and somatic therapy work bridges the gap between talk therapy and embodied experience. Using creative arts, painting, clay, collage, movement, alongside body-centered somatic practices, we help you access parts of yourself that words alone can't reach.

  • Trauma-informed therapy blending creative expression with reflective depth

  • Somatic therapy using sensation, movement, and body awareness

  • Art-based EMDR for processing held experiences

  • Clay-based trauma recovery

  • Dreamwork and narrative therapy

  • Individual and small group formats available

WHOLE BODY, ROOT-BASED CARE

  • Holistic psychiatry and integrative mental health

Holistic Wellness Collective

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s supported by the quality of relationships, practices, and shared ethos that surrounds the process.

Our curated collective brings together independent practitioners--kindred spirits each offering their own approach to creative and embodied care.

United by a shared commitment to ethical, trauma-informed practice, we support multiple pathways into whole-person healing.

You’re invited to find the practitioners and pathways that meet you where you are.

GROUPS & WORKSHOPS

The Practice Ground

Watch the Color Me Happy video, one of our signature workshops, to see the magic for yourself.

Practice Ground is our workshop and group experience space; structured sessions in art, movement, storytelling, and reflection. There's no pressure to perform or disclose. This is a place to practice showing up: in your body, in your creativity, and in community.

You don't have to be artistic to be creative. You don't have to have it figured out to begin. Practice Ground is exactly that, a ground for practicing.

Storytelling Circles

Facilitated spaces for narrative sharing, building witness, and community through the power of voice.

Art & Expression

Drop-in and series-based workshops using visual art as a container for reflection and release. No artistic experience required.

Movement & Somatics

Group somatic movement sessions exploring how the body holds story and how it can set it free.

Contemplative Practice

Guided sessions in breathwork, meditation, and dreamwork for grounding and inner attunement.
