For licensed and associate clinicians:
The option to bill BCBS, BCN, and Aetna through Create U.’s group NPI, with a generous revenue split commensurate with licensure that covers billing, credentialing, space access, and shared administrative and EHR support -
For practitioners not billing insurance:
A generous revenue split model that provides access to shared infrastructure, including EHR, administrative support, billing systems, and use of the Create U. space -
Expanded marketing support, including Psychology Today

A monthly practice support stipend available to clinicians who choose to maintain an active caseload of 20+ client sessions per week, which may be used toward health insurance or other professional expenses.
There are no minimum or maximum caseload requirements within Kindred by Create U. Practitioners set their own rates and work with their own clients. Your practice remains your own to shape.
Important to Know
Within this collective, you remain the steward of your practice, your clients, your services, your licensure, and your professional care; and, are solely responsible for the services you provide and the care of your clients.
You are also responsible for maintaining your own professional liability insurance.
For associate therapists, you are responsible for maintaining your own clinical supervision so your growth remains fully supported. Kindred by Create U. does not provide clinical supervision. If you are currently without a clinical supervisor, one can be obtained through Motivo Health.
