A generous revenue split commensurate with licensure that covers billing, credentialing, space access, and shared administrative and EHR support

For practitioners not billing insurance: A generous rental rate that provides access to shared infrastructure, administrative support, billing systems, scheduling, and use of the Create U. space

Important to Know
Within this collective, you remain the steward of your practice, your clients, your services, your licensure, and your professional care; and are solely responsible for the services you provide and the care of your clients.
You are responsible for maintaining your own professional liability insurance.
For associate therapists, you are responsible for maintaining your own clinical supervision so your growth remains fully supported. Kindred by Create U. does not provide clinical supervision. If you are currently without a clinical supervisor, one can be obtained through Motivo Health.
About Inclusive Membership
Inclusive Membership is a shared container, and like any healthy ecosystem, it requires each practitioner to be an active participant in sustaining it. A minimum caseload is part of that commitment, and it isn't one-size-fits-all. It's shaped by the services you offer, the infrastructure you draw from, and what makes sense for your practice. We work through what that looks like together during your intake conversation. Practitioners are expected to be actively building toward and holding their minimum. If life shifts and a caseload falls below that threshold, membership gently moves to À La Carte until the rhythm returns. Inclusive Membership is offered based on availability.
