Service Description

Sensuality is our ability to connect and prescences ourselves within our lives. Too often we are in automatic response to the things that occur in our lives, to the point that we don't often think about the impacts to our well-being. And if we have experienced trauma, reconnecting to our senses can aide in healing and personal empowerment. Additionally, to learn how to regain our sensibilities allows for us to develop a greater awareness to our world and relationships creating pathways for healthy involvement and intimacy. While this service does not address sex directly, when we develop our senses, capacity for intimacy, and become present we can become better sexual partners and have greater sexual enjoyment.
