About the event
A virtual, two-hour herbal wellness experience designed to support Black women and women of color through the depth of winter. Led by Carmine, Clinical Herbalist and Ethnobotanist-in-training, this workshop blends ancestral wisdom, scientific grounding, and culturally responsive care.
Together, we’ll explore how plant medicine can strengthen immunity, ease stress, support hormonal balance, and restore the body’s natural rhythms during the colder months. Participants will be guided through hands-on herbal recipes, grounding rituals, and practical tools they can immediately integrate into their routines.
This is an intimate, interactive space (10–25 attendees) offering both education and embodiment — a place to reconnect with yourself, your lineage, and the ways herbs can gently sustain you.
