Grow & Gather

As the summer comes to a close, let’s gather at Create U. to celebrate the growth that occurred over the season. Expect a guided, intimate event in our garden and indoor studio, using the expressive arts, journaling, a sound bath, herbal tea, and nature-based activities. With intention, we’ll explore what’s ripe to be harvested, what’s ready to be composted, and what is still growing. Feel free to bring a journal and pen, and something comfortable to sit on, like a blanket or yoga mat.
