About the event
HeARTwork is a creative therapy group for women that uses the grounding, tactile process of clay work to help gently explore the stories we carry, especially those that shape how we love, relate, and see ourselves.
Rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the expressive power of our hands, each session invites you to shape and reshape the narratives that may be blocking the flow of love, self-compassion, and connection. As we work with the earth, we return to our own.
This is a space for reflection, restoration, and creative release, no prior experience with clay or art is needed, only a willingness to be present.
All materials are included. Tea and light refreshments provided.
