Carmine Frye
Clinical Herbalist

For the past 13 years, I’ve devoted my life to the study and practice of herbal medicine, guided by a strong focus on women’s wellness and a deep personal connection to the healing journey. What began as my own path toward restoration became a sacred calling, especially in the wake of losing my grandmother, mother, and aunt, three powerful women whose lives shaped my understanding of strength, legacy, and care.

Their experiences remind me daily: wellness for Black women is not optional, it’s essential. It’s something we are not only worthy of but must actively reclaim, protect, and sustain.

My clinical herbal practice Endive Wellness is grounded in ancestral wisdom and scientific rigor. From every course completed to each compound formulated and plant walk taken, I bring deep intention and a commitment to ethical, personalized, and culturally aware care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside licensed practitioners in alternative medicine, bodywork, and trauma-informed care, always holding the highest standards of professionalism and cultural respect.

As an INTJ and Enneagram One, I approach this work with thoughtful precision and a quiet determination to create meaningful, lasting change. I believe in systems that serve, in care that restores, and in solutions rooted in both science and spirit.

In my work, I gather what heals:
