About Liz
Hello! I’m Liz, a counselor and expressive arts therapist specializing in holistic care for those who feel overwhelmed or stuck - and crave creative solutions that go beyond talk therapy alone. People I work with are doing and feeling it all, and need a place to rest, process, and reset. Many are drained from navigating a world where they feel they can’t be their full selves. Together, we’ll make space for you to find authenticity and balance. My approach is collaborative, liberation-focused, and rooted in your experience, affirming all of you and the connection of your mind, body, identities, relationships, and culture.
I offer trauma-informed practices using mindfulness, art, sound, movement, and stories to tap into your embodied wisdom, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, pain, relationships, and life transitions. No prior art experience is needed, just your willingness to engage in the process. I work with teens and adults from all walks of life, and especially love supporting other queer, neurodivergent, and highly sensitive people.
Therapy together honors your pace and centers your voice, equipping you with practical skills to reclaim your life. You deserve support in creating a life you love, and starting now can make all the difference. If my style resonates with you, feel free to book a free consultation with me. I’d be glad to connect and answer any questions you have.

Your Investment:
I am in-network with BCBS, Blue Cross Complete (Medicaid), Aetna, United, and Cigna. I take self-pay clients, as well, and use a sliding scale approach to make therapy more affordable, on a scale of $70-$150 per 60-minute individual therapy session. Lastly, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to get reimbursement for our sessions if I am out-of-network.

My approach to care and holding space is simple:
1.) Therapy should honor the whole you, inside and out. 2.) You were born to create. Creativity is not mere productivity or performance, but an essential part of being human. 3.) Being here, as you are, is enough. In therapy together, we'll create a safe space for you to unmask, meeting you exactly where you are.
