With a deep belief in the body’s wisdom and creativity as medicine, I integrate creative arts therapy, EMDR, somatic practices, clay, dreamwork, and clinical herbalism into my therapeutic work. My background in environmental and somatic psychology also informs my interior design practice, where I reimagine space as a vehicle for restoration and self-expression. Whether through personal therapy sessions or creating healing environments, I hold space for clarity, creativity, and connection to emerge, on your terms and in your timing. ​ My approach is trauma-informed, earth-rooted, and spiritually attuned, honoring each client’s emotional, relational, ancestral, and energetic ecosystems.
