Terri-Lynn Newman, LMT
Bodyworker, Mindfulness Teacher, Craniosacral and
Somato-Emotional Release Practitioner

As we live, and are inherently conditioned by life and our experiences, patterns
accumulate in the tissues of the body and in the mind, leaving us feeling stuck. I offer a safe, accessible space for your nervous system to address old, conditioned habits and patterns that no longer serve your journey. We will address those patterns together through Bodywork and Mindfulness, to help you see and release them, making you more available for your life each day, as you live it.
I have been a licensed massage therapist for 7 years and a teacher of Mindfulness for 3 years. During my Mindfulness training, I realized how much affect our body’s stored, unprocessed memories have on our ability to be at ease, so I started training in a trauma-informed bodywork modality called Craniosacral and Somato-Emotional release. In this work, the body has the opportunity to release old experiences stuck in the tissues. I combine Lymphatic Drainage Therapies to help keep the system moving while it’s releasing old chemical memories. This creates space in your tissues and nervous system to fully attend to each moment as it comes instead of being locked in systemic patterns of reactions that we created to serve/protect/sooth us over the course of our experiences that may no longer be doing that.
In my work, I gather what heals:
-
Craniosacral light touch bodywork
-
Somato-emotional release light touch and dialogue bodywork
-
Lymphatic Drainage Therapies
-
Reiki
-
Ayurvedic Massage, Bodywork, and Subtle Therapies
-
Mindfulness offerings for ease and wellbeing moment to moment
Your Investment:
$100 for 60-minute bodywork sessions
$150 for 90-minute bodywork sessions
My approach to care and holding space is simple:
I believe every journey is unique, and provide a safe space for all bodies and
identifications. I believe in every body’s innate healing wisdom and its inherent ability to be well and at ease. I look forward to helping support your journey.
“Orient to the health that is never lost. When you orient to symptoms, the system
responds with pathology. When you orient to health, it communicates to you its
resources.” ~ Franklin Sills ~
