While there are no rule books for how to raise a child and there are no perfect parents, it still doesn't change our desire to be a great parent to our kids. Parenting/Co-Parenting. provides strategies to help you reduce the shame brought on by trying to be the perfect parent, strike a balance between providing discipline, guidance, and independence to your child, and learn how to work in partnership with your co-parent whether you are separated or together.
